Attaching files larger than 10 MB
Currently our support provider only supports attaching files that are 10 MB or less. If you have a file larger than that then you can head to https://lightbend.wetransfer.com/ and submit the file in that way. Please reference the case number to make it easier for us to correlate the file to the open case.
